SHIPPING RATES

STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

For orders less than $100, your shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout. Note that you will learn your shipping charges BEFORE you finalize your order. When you checkout, simply select Standard-Residential (if delivery is to a home) or Standard-Business (if delivery is to a business). If you choose Standard-Residential or Standard-Business, based on what you order and the delivery address, we will ship your order either via U.S. Mail, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery. Standard Shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We also ship FedEx 3-Day, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Next Day. Express shipping charges are based on the package weight and destination zip code. Delivery time is based on business days -- weekends and holidays are not included.

To ensure that you receive your FedEx package, a signature is required on all FedEx Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipments so make sure that someone is available at the shipping address during delivery hours. If you are at work during the day, we recommend shipping to your business address.

FedEx packages allow for tracking and are insured for up to $100.

We cannot be responsible for delays in carrier deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship to the following international destinations:

Canada, UK, France, Japan, China, Australia, Israel, Germany, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Ireland.

We offer Standard International, which generally goes via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority. Standard International takes approximately 7-14 business days to ship, but does not allow for tracking. If your order is lost when shipped via this method, we will not be able to re-ship unless you re-pay for the items and shipping. Standard International packages are also not insured.

We also offer Priority International, which will ship via FedEx Priority Mail. This method generally takes 3-7 business days, and does allow for order tracking. Also, Priority International packages are insured for $100USD.

You will receive the shipping rate for Standard International and Priority International when you check out, but BEFORE you finalize your order. Shipping amounts will be calculated based on destination and weight of items ordered.

Note that for international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes.

Also, we cannot be responsible for carrier delivery delays.

Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will ship in 2 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will ship the following business day.

We do not ship orders on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day and Thanksgiving Day.

You may place your order using one of the following methods:

CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. Our site uses 100% Secure Socket Layer software that fully encrypts your credit card information, preventing unauthorized access.

PHONE: To place your order by phone with a credit card, please call us toll-free at 1-866-863-5977 from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

FAX: You can fax your order to us. Simply print and fill out our ORDER FORM and fax it to us at 1-718-558-9081. You must include your credit card information. Also, if you want to be notified when your order ships, or of out of stock items, please include your email address.

MAIL ORDER: You can order by credit card or personal check. Just print and fill out our ORDER FORM and mail it to us at the address at the bottom of the form. If paying by check, please make it out to Tenderheaded Accessories. Please include your email address if you would like to receive confirmation that we have received, and shipped, your order.

We offer gift wrapping for a fee of $3.00 per order. You will be able to check the "gift wrap" box at checkout as well as include wording for your gift note. We use a nice gift wrapping paper that is appropriate for any occasion. Also, all customer shipments only include a packing slip, so your gift recipient will not see any prices. (We encourage all customers to print their online order confirmation in order to have a record of what they are being charged.)

If you are shopping for a gift, you should also consider purchasing an email Gift Certificate.

For orders shipped to addresses within New York State, applicable state and local sales tax will be added AFTER your order is placed.

Return to Top of Page EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 30 days after you receive your purchase. We deem receipt to be 10 business days after your order is shipped. To return merchandise, please send an email to info@tenderheaded.com and indicate what items you want to return and the reason for your return. You will then receive an RMA# and instructions on where to send your return. Your charge card will be credited within 5 business days after the item is returned.

If you want to make an exchange, simply follow the above instructions for processing a return and simply order the item(s) you want from our site.

Unless your item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your recieve an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to info@tenderheaded.com indicating your order number and describing the defect or damage. We will send you instructions regarding how to process the return. You will not incur any return or re-shipping fees for defective or damaged products.
